NFM's affiliated 501(c)3 Foundation is the research home of NFM. It aims to be a clearinghouse for existing information about contingent faculty; to identify gaps in existing research on the role of contingent faculty in higher education; and to conduct original research on needed topics.
This list includes organizations, web sites and listservs that address faculty contingency either directly, or indirectly through work on issues of common concern or overlap. Some organizations are included because NFM believes that their missions would support addressing the issue more fully. Inclusion on this list does not necessarily imply endorsement by or affiliation with NFM.
